By accessing or using services provided by GentleGrove Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
Services
We offer clay sculpting classes, workshops, studio access, and related educational content. Availability may vary and classes may be updated or discontinued.
Eligibility
Most classes are for individuals 16 years or older. Kids’ classes specify age ranges. You are responsible for ensuring a class fits your skill level.
Accounts
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login information and for all activities under your account.
Enrollments and payments
- Enrollment is confirmed after payment is successfully processed.
- Materials included are described on each class page; otherwise, you may need to purchase clay or tools separately.
- Taxes and fees are shown at checkout where applicable.
Cancellations and refunds
- Full refund up to 7 days before the first class.
- Within 7 days, studio credit may be issued if your spot is filled from the waitlist.
- Missed sessions are not refundable; one make-up may be offered when available.
Code of conduct
- Respectful behavior is required. Harassment or unsafe conduct may result in removal from class without refund.
- Follow safety guidance from instructors at all times.
Intellectual property
All site content, class materials, and documentation are owned by GentleGrove Studio or our licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute materials without permission.
Health and safety
Clay work involves tools, glazes, and kilns. By participating, you acknowledge inherent risks and agree to follow posted safety rules.
Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific artistic outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GentleGrove Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold GentleGrove Studio harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.
Changes to terms
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where the studio operates, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
